" My husband and I decided to finish our basement to have extra space to entertain and to have family over and enjoy it for years to come. After quoting with a number of companies, we decided to go with Matrix Basement Systems. After having to reschedule our first delivery date because of a personal matter and having to deal with the beginning of the “Pandemic”, the projected timeframe to finish our basement took some…. extra extra weeks….to complete. Needless to say that was a bit of a frustration for us, however, we have to give the credit to the person who really deserves it to our Project Manager, Daniel Baron. Daniel’s dedication, knowledge, detailing hard work and responsibility “made us feel like we were on top of the list,” like one of the comments mentioned it which I totally agree with. Daniel’s commitment with our project and his professionalism to make sure that we were please all the time really made our frustrations felt smoother. The whole group of contractors Daniel had under his supervision during our project arrived in a timely manner and took very good care of us in terms of being responsive, clean and organized as they worked. The Builder Trend app really offers customers the flexibility of planning your days if you have other things to do. It gives you advance notice of every step to the process. My husband and I would highly recommend Matrix Basement Systems to family, friends and future prospects who are considering a basement remodel. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Thanks again to our Project Manager Daniel Baron and his team for going far and beyond during this renovation. We can't wait to create many new memories with our family!
