" My Husband and I met with Matrix to do a full renovation on our basement, including adding a bathroom, and we are very pleased with the outcome. It did take a little longer than expected to complete due to some scheduling/timing issues, on both sides, so that was to be expected with a project of this magnitude and during a Pandemic, no less. Victor Barron, our Project Manager, made this process very easy and smooth for us, as this is the first time that we have undertaken a project such as this. Victor was always available, day, night, and weekends (I admit to being one of those people that sends a text without really noticing the time or day) to answer any questions, and trust me, I had many. He took my concerns seriously. If I didn’t understand something, he made sure that I did, by the time we finished our conversation. If I was not 100% satisfied about something, he fixed it to make sure I was. His customer service skills are awesome and I’m very glad that he was assigned to us. I have already recommended Matrix to friends and one of them has already had her first meeting. Matrix is an excellent company to do business with and I will definitely keep them in mind for any future projects; of course, I will be asking for Victor to be the Project Manager."
