I wanted to highlight Victor our field manager, he was available to us 7 days a week to answer any questions we had and always responded back within minutes. His customer service skills and professionalism is second to none, he listened to our questions/concerns and was able to walk us through solutions or explain things that again gave us peace of mind, more importantly made us feel he was looking out for our best interest. Every contractor group involved where extremely great to have in our home, I work from home so spent some time with them while they worked.
