Yes...we found it - the ugliest basement in all of Chicagoland. It was not as easy as one may think. We went through hundreds of applicants, dozens of letters, videos and pictures, and finally narrowed it down to four finalists.
These four finalists were chosen based on their submission pictures, family stories, and reasoning for why they thought their family deserved a basement makeover valued at $25,000!
Every two weeks, Matrix will be releasing an Ugliest Basement Contest video segment online. You can find links to these segments here on our website, on our facebook, twitter, youtube, and vimeo accounts.
